	By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages and phone calls from WiSpan. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. We never sell your information, and will only contact you regarding new service, or account/service issues once you become a customer. You may request us to remove/change your phone number at any time.		We will send an email to notify you of your eligibility to receive service, so please provide a valid address.

Please indicate where you would like to have service installed. You may let us automatically find your location by using the address or intersection search tools below. If the search fails or is incorrect you may manually place a marker at your location by using the navigation buttons, then click the "Place Marker" button below the map to create a draggable marker. Before you submit the form please make sure the marker's location is as accurate as possible. Tip: You may receive better results if you avoid using abbreviations. For example, when typing such things as "CR" and "NE", please use "County Road" and "North East" instead. Also, to broaden your search you may search for a city and state, or a zip code only.
